Documents 1, 2, 3, and 4, together with the appendices are exempt from publication in accordance with Paragraphs 12 and 21 of Parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 Local Government Act 1972. The public may be excluded from the meeting by resolution of the Sub-Committee.
