To discharge the fuctions of the authority in respect of the appointment abd dismissal of Chief Officers and Deputy Chief Oficers (as definned in the Local Authorities 9Standing Orders) (Wales) Regulations 2006) and the statutory Head of Democratic Services, I accordance with the Employment Procedure Ruless and any other relevant Council policies and procedures.
