Decision:

The Appendices to this report are not for publication as they contain exempt information of the description contained in paragraph 14 of Part 4 and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972

RESOLVED: that

1. the procurement process to appoint contactors for the Maelfa and St. Mellon’s new build older persons scheme be approved.

2. authority be delegated to the Corporate Director People & Communities (in consultation with the Corporate Director Resources) to undertake all aspects of the procurement process for both schemes including determining tender criteria, approving the tender packs, evaluating criteria and concluding the appointments.
