AGREED: that it be agreed that Cardiff Council offer a town centre loan to Parador 44 Ltd of £770,000 towards the purchase and redevelopment costs associated with 14-15 Quay Street, subject to pre-conditions being satisfied set out in the legal agreement.
To support the delivery of additional leisure and entertainment space within the city centre and re-active unused city centre space as part of the city centre recovery programme.
