1.the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A be noted and approval be given to the award of a framework agreement to successful provider; Specialist Security Company Ltd. This is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
2.officers be instructed to inform the bidders of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report)
3.The Director of Governance and Legal Services be authorised to complete a formal contract with the successful provider as detailed in this report.
To award the Framework agreement to the successful bidders following the evaluation of tender submissions.
