AGREED: that
1. the arrangements for receiving and distributing the Welsh Government capital grant for the new supported housing facility at Adams Court and Baileys Court as set out in the report be agreed
2. the Assistant Director (Housing and Communities) be authorised to finalise an agreement for works with United Welsh to fund by the Welsh Government capital grant.
Reasons for the decision:
To take forward the new supported housing scheme at Adams Court and Baileys Court. This scheme is an important element of the future service model for homelessness services in Cardiff, with the aim of meeting the support needs of more vulnerable single homeless people.
