To seek approval for Cardiff Council’s (CC) Cabinet response for Welsh Government’s Public Consultation for the drafted Clean Air Plan for Wales: Healthy Air, Healthy Wales

RESOLVED: that

1.         the draft response to the public consultation on Welsh Government’s Clean Air Plan for Wales: Healthy Air, Healthy Wales, as set out in Appendix A to the report be approved; and

2.         the Director for Planning, Transport and Environment be authorised to finalise the draft response, with any necessary amendments made to reflect the views given by Cabinet members, and to submit the response to Welsh Government on behalf of the Council.
