Agreed: that
1. The Council declare the property surplus to the Council's requirements.
2. The Council dispose of its freehold interest in Bishopston Road Retail Parade (numbers 121,123,125,127,129 and 131), shown edged red on the plan attached to the report by private treaty or auction.
1.The building is surplus to operational requirements.
2.The disposal will alleviate the council of its management liability.
3. The Council will receive a capital receipt for the sale of its freehold interest
