AGREED: thatthe Director of Governance and Legal Services to
(i) proceed with the preparation and statutory consultation for the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders to change the speed limit of the roads identified through the 20mph review as detailed in the technical paper, Review of the Default 20mph speed limit in Cardiff, and supporting documents as appended to this report.
(ii) Subject to there being no unwithdrawn objections the order be made
To enable the Council to complete the review process initiated by Welsh Government and implement the changes to speed limits on roads within the city identified by following the review process and applying the revised guidance issued by Welsh Government [subject to the outcome of the Traffic Regulation Order process].
