The report will present an opportunity for the Council to dispose of its freehold interest in a parcel of land in the St Mellons ward that is currently let to Linc Cymru Housing Association.

RESOLVED: that it be agreed that the Council dispose of its freehold interest in land at St Mellons, Cardiff, to Linc Cymru Housing Association, on the basis of the terms agreed.
