Appendix 2 is exempt from publication pursuant to paragraph 16 of Part4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972

Agreed: that authorisation be given to:

•    The tender of 6 contracts to support the recruitment of care workers and the delivery of home care hours as detailed in the body of this report;

•    the proposed model for the Cardiff Care Development Service as set out in the body of the report; 

•    the proposed evaluation criteria as detailed in the body of this report;

•    the procurement methodology as detailed in the body of the report;

To obtain the necessary approval in order to commence the procurement process to invite tenders in relation to the Cardiff Care Development Service which aims to support the recruitment of care workers, and in turn, increase the delivery of home care support in Cardiff.
