The recommendation in this report is to approve the procurement of the ARC network infrastructure and ARC hardware and software systems, which will enable a modern and future-proofed system that increases capability, improves flexibility and importantly, provides scalability to allow the Council’s alarm receiving and CCTV monitoring to be relocated and expanded.
