To enable the Council to go out to tender for construction of the Trowbridge green Estate Regeneration scheme. The tender exercise will be carried out subject to the caveats set out in the legal advice set out in this report.
To ensure the successful delivery of the regeneration scheme and to maximise opportunities for private residents to encourage participation.
Agreed: that approval be given to:
1. Invite tenders from supplier within Lot 7 of the South East Wales Highway Framework for the construction of the Trowbridge Green Estate Regeneration contract. The estimated contract is £1.2m
2. The proposed form of contract will be an NEC4 Option 4 Priced Contract with Activity Schedule
