Agreed: that it be agreed that the site known as the Former Michaelston College identified in the Report is appropriated to use for housing purposes under Part II of the Housing Act 1985 to the intent that the site shall be held under the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) rather than its General Fund
To allow the site known as the Former Michaelston College to be included in the HRA New Build Housing Programme.
