AGREED: that a 2 year lease for the Council’s continued occupation of Willcox House, to include a break option in favour of the Council to be exercised at any time, with 6 months’ notice be agreed
Reasons for the decision:
To provide security of occupation at Willcox House for a sufficient time to enable the Council to complete works necessary in the new ARC facility location, in order to relocate the ARC from Willcox House.
