Agreed: that the property be declared surplus to Council requirements and the property be disposed off by direct transfer to Cardiff Community Housing Association at market value as determined by independent third party valuation.
To dispose of a property surplus to Council requirements, generating a capital receipt for the Council’s General fund, and by doing so support the provision of new social housing in an area of housing need.
