AGREED: that the Council to proceed with Option 1 to acquire the long leasehold in a property known as Pizza Hut, Hemingway Road, Cardiff. The property will be managed as part of the Red Dragon Centre.
Reasons for the decision:
A strategic purchase as an investment but also due to strategic importance of the site location in assisting with the Council’s car parking strategy and/or wider masterplanning of Atlantic Wharf.
