2. the commencement of the procurement and the issue of the SELL2WALES contract notice and PQQ documentation be authorised.
Reasons for the decision:
To commence the process to enable the Council to appoint three contractors to a framework to deliver painting to domestic properties for a period of 2 years from April 2021, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
