Agreed: that the sites, known as part of Former Llanrumney High School and the Triangular parcel of land at Ysgol Gymraeg Treganna, Sanatorium Road identified in this Report are appropriated to use for housing purposes under Part II of the Housing Act 1985 to the intent that the sites shall be held under the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) rather than its General Fund
To allow the sites, part of Former Llanrumney High School and the Triangular parcel of land at Ysgol Gymraeg Treganna, Sanatorium Road Club to be included in the People & Communities Directorate’s New Build Housing Programmes
