This would be prior to the issue of the SELL2WALES Contract Notice and PQQ.
This is further to the strategy approved by Cabinet on 21st November 2016
In order to comply with the consultation requirements of s20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1984 the need to consult has been established. If consultation is not undertaken, the Council may not be able to recover from any leaseholder in any accounting period the total cost of the works delivered via this Framework.
