Agreed: that Encon Construction Group Limited be appointed as the contractor and to enter into a JCT 2016 Design & Build contract to build 16 new council homes at Caldicot Road, Caerau
To appoint Encon Construction Limited as the contractor to develop 16 new council homes on a council owned development site with planning permission already in place. The procurement was via an open procedure through Sell2Wales. This development scheme will be delivered through the council’s new council house building programme and will help achieve its target of delivering 1,000 new council homes by 2022.
