Agreed: that the Council purchase land of circa 0.13 acre, being the cleared site of the building formerly known as The Citadel, Splott Road, Cardiff, at a price defined by the independent valuation as outlined in the report (Appendix 2 confidential not for publication).
To secure the property as it provides a development site that will deliver a new facility providing supported accommodation.
