AGREED: that the Instrument of Government is revised according to The Government of Maintained Schools Wales Regulations 2005.
Legislation requires that where agreement is reached between the local authority and the governing body on a variation to an instrument of government, the local authority must vary the instrument of government accordingly.
A new Instrument of Government will therefore be required for Ysgol Pencae
