AGREED: that the Instrument of Government be revised according to The Government of Maintained Schools Wales Regulations 2005.
Reasons for the decision:
Legislation requires that where agreement is reached between the local authority and the governing body on a variation to an instrument of government, the local authority must vary the instrument of government accordingly.
A new Instrument of Government will therefore be required for Pontprennau Primary School
