(a) a direct award to Taff Housing Association Ltd be approved, to continue to provide Integration and Support Services to Syrian refugees across the region, for a period of up to four months commencing on 17 May 2019;

(b) a collaboration be entered into for a period of up to four months commencing on the 17^th May 2019 with the Vale of Glamorgan Council in relation to the VPRS
