Purpose:

The current Local Development Plan (LDP) was adopted on 28th January, 2016 and the purpose of this report is to respond to legislation which requires Local Authorities to undertake a full review of their Local Development Plan (LDP) within 4 years of adoption

Decision:

RESOLVED: that Council be recommended to

 

  1. approve the draft Review Report and draft Delivery Agreement for the purposes of consultation

 

  1. agree that a further report be taken to Council in March 2021 with the findings of the consultation processes and recommendation(s) on the proposed way forward.
