As such, it provides evidence of the extent to which the Council fulfils its principal responsibility with respect to education, namely that of improving the outcomes achieved by all learners. Sections of the report also relate to factors such as attendance, exclusion and the number of young people not in education, employment or training that are crucial to learners’ wellbeing. |
