Cycling is growing in Cardiff. The 2015 Cardiff Bike Life report shows that Cardiff is experiencing significant growth in the numbers of people cycling. The city compares favourably with other UK cities which are currently benefiting from higher levels of capital investment in cycling. Maintaining this growth is a key part of the work required to meet our target of 50% of all trips to be made by sustainable modes by 2026 and to become the most liveable capital city in Europe.
