At its meeting on 26 January 2015, the Cabinet authorised Officers to proceed to public consultation on proposals to address the shortfall of English-medium and Welsh-medium
primary school places in and around the Butetown, Canton, Grangetown and Riverside areas in the area in both the short and long term.
This report summarises the views expressed during the consultation together with recommendations regarding how to proceed.
