The offer is a new Welsh Government initiative which will fund 17.5 hours of childcare in term time and 30 hours for 9 weeks of school holidays for 3 and 4 year olds whose parents meet employment and income eligibility criteria. Welsh Government require the offer to be rolled out on partial coverage basis, targeting a number of wards and children, with coverage expanding until 2020/21.
