Improving Provision for Children and Young People with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) 2018-22

The purpose of the report is to:

Seek Cabinet approval of the Cardiff ALN Strategy to improve outcomes for children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN);
Inform Cabinet of the projected growth in demand for ALN support and provision 2018-22;
Seek Cabinet authority to consult on a range of proposals, to extend and re-align specialist provision for children and young people.
