Procurement Strategy 2017-2020

The Procurement Strategy 2017-2020 builds on success of the previous Commissioning & Procurement Strategy.  A separate Commissioning Strategy will be developed in 2017.

 

The Procurement Strategy places an increased focus on delivering social value through Council contracts and is geared around delivering the following Organisational Outcomes:

  • Delivering Social Value
  • Ensuring Effective Governance
  • Maximising Value for Money and Efficiency

 

The Strategy sets out the five key enablers that will be critical to the

delivery our vision and priorities People, Technology, Process, Culture and Information and what will be done to drive the delivery.
