AGREED: that

 

1.      the Scape Procure National Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Framework be utilised to appoint Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd. to undertake the construction works at Alexandra Head. (see attached plans)

 

2.      The works are to be on land owned by Welsh Government and Associated British Ports (ABP) to create new infrastructure to provide a tarmac-surfaced area for a major events site and a newly grassed area as an entrance/welcome area off the Bay Edge Walkway. Works to include transferring contaminated materials which are on site to the area of Welsh Government land not required as part of the event site and protect as necessary.

4.        the draft tender documentation (attached to Appendix 1), namely the ITT, Service Specification and form of contract; and

 

5.       The insertion of the additional setting into the proposed procurement.
