Appendix 1 and each of the background papers to the report are not for publication as they contain exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority of Part 4 of schedule 12A and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1972.
Agreed: that
1. the existing Tunnel Maintenance Contract be novated to VVB Engineering (UK) Limited in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015; and
2. the Council be authorised to enter into the novation agreement in the form attached in Appendix 1 with VVB Engineering (UK) Limited.
