Cllr Morgan asked colleagues if they had any amendments to make to the draft minutes from the previous two meetings that had been circulated. Sheila Davies made Members aware of amendments to two of the sentences within Minute No.5 of the 02^nd May 2017 minutes as two sentences required slight alterations. The amendments were subsequently agreed and both sets of minutes were then confirmed as correct records of the two meetings.
