(a)       Councillor Bob Derbyshire, Cabinet Member for the Environment to make a statement on the areas of the areas of the City Operations Directorate – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to his portfolio of responsibility (if he wishes). 

(b)       An officer from the City Operations Directorate to deliver a presentation based on the areas of the City Operations Directorate – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to the Environment portfolio.

(c)       Councillor Derbyshire and an officer(s) from the City Operations Directorate will be available to answer Member questions.

(d)       Councillor Bob Derbyshire, Cabinet Member for the Environment to make a statement on the areas of the areas of the Commercial & Collaborative Service – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to his portfolio of responsibility (if he wishes). 

(e)       An officer from the Commercial & Collaborative Service to deliver a presentation based on the areas of the Commercial & Collaborative Service – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to the Environment portfolio.

(f)        Councillor Derbyshire and an officer(s) from the Commercial & Collaborative Service will be available to answer Member questions.

(g)       Councillor Ramesh Patel, Cabinet Member for Transport, Planning & Sustainability to make a statement on the areas of the areas of the City Operations Directorate – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to his portfolio of responsibility (if he wishes). 

(h)       An officer from the City Operations Directorate to deliver a presentation based on the areas of the City Operations Directorate – Quarter 2 Performance Report 2016/17 relevant to the Transport, Planning & Sustainability portfolio.

(i)         Councillor Patel and an officer(s) from the City Operations Directorate will be available to answer Member questions.
