(a)     Councillor Bob Derbyshire, Cabinet Member for the Environment and Councillor Ramesh Patel, Cabinet Member for Transport, Planning & Sustainability to make statements on the item titled ‘Neighbourhood Services – Member Update’ relevant to their portfolios of responsibility (if they wish). 

(b)     An officer from the City Operations Directorate to deliver a presentation based on the item titled ‘Neighbourhood Services – Member Update’.

(c)     Councillor Derbyshire, Councillor Patel and an officer(s) from the City Operations Directorate will be available to answer Member questions.
