To provide the Committee with a  verbal summary of the budget monitoring panel’s meeting on 28 October 2016.

(b) Discussion of follow up on any responses received.

Martyn Hutchings, Principal Scrutiny Officers provided Members with a verbal update on the outcome of the first meeting of the Budget Monitoring Panel.
