Decision:

The Appendices to the report are not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in Paragraph 14 of Part 4 and Paragraph 21 of Part 5 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

 

AGREED: that agreement be given to proceed with the surrender of the Council’s lease, the terms of which are confirmed in Appendix 1 to the report, in return for the cancellation of a retrospective Capital Expenditure Invoice from the Principality and the cancellation of estimated Schedule of Dilapidation costs of the amounts specified in Appendix 2 to the report

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the council to be released from it’s obligation to pay the Capital Expenditure Invoice and Dilapidation costs and for the Music Service to continue their service provision from the Friary until their relocation prior to August 2018
