AGREED: that Riba Stage 4 for the detailed design of the Cardiff West Community High School be incorporated into the services contract (PSC).
To enable the project to progress with a higher degree of cost certainty, we would like to and proceed to detailed design, and meet the required completion date. Taking the school to this later design stage ahead of full planning application; thus reducing the risk for both parties and ensuring greater value for the money for the Council.
