Agreed: that contracts be let to provide the following insurances for a period of 3 years from 1 April 2019 renewable for a further 2 years at the Council’s option to:

a)   Risk Management Partners/AIG - Material Damage and Contractors All Risks Insurance Lot 1

b)   Risk Management Partners/QBE & Gallagher Bassett - Liability Lot 2

c)    Risk Management Partners/QBE & Gallagher Bassett - Motor Lot 3

d)   Risk Management Partners/QBE  - Motor Uninsured Loss Recovery Lot 4

e)   Risk Management Partners/HSB Engineering - Engineering Inspection and Insurance Lot 5

f)     Risk Management Partners/AIG – Crime Insurance Lot 6

g)   Risk Management Partners/HSB Engineering – Computer Insurance Lot 7

h)   Risk Management Partners/Ecclesiastical - Fine Arts Insurance Lot 8

i)     Risk Management Partners/AIG – Personal Accident & Travel Lot 9

j)     ACE – School Journey Insurance Lot 10

k)    Risk Management Partners/HSB Engineering - Hired in Plant Insurance – Lot 11

l)     Zurich Municipal/Navigators & General – Marine Insurance Lot 12

m)  Risk Management Partners/Chaucer - Terrorism Insurance Lot 13

In respect of the above lots ACE, Risk Management Partners and Zurich Municipal provided the most economically advantageous tenders.
