Decision details

Agreed: that following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Modernisation and Consultation, the Section 151 Officer and the Director of Governance and Legal Services it be noted in practice the Members to WITS have agreed to extend the  WITS Collaboration Agreement for a further year, from the 1st July 2018 until 30th June 2019. 

There has been continuous consultation with all WITS partners throughout the extension of collaboration agreement allowing opportunity for further discussion at Board meetings. This has included the document being circulated to all partners on numerous occasions to capture relevant feedback highlighting the necessary changes. All partners are required to sign up to the new agreement in order for partners to make use of the service under the new hosting and governance arrangements.
