Agreed: that the Council enter into a Development Agreement with Cadwyn Housing Association for the build of 13 one and two bed flats for Homeless families for an agreed contract sum.
To ensure the scheme is delivered as part of the Welsh Government Innovative Housing Programme. The scheme will receive 58% grant funding from Welsh Government & through a Development Agreement the Council HRA will fund the remaining 42%. Cardiff Council will then own the units once built. Cadwyn will manage the tenancies through the existing management agreement for Temporary Accommodation.
