Appendix A (Organisations shortlisted to be invited to tender) to this report is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority of Part 4 of schedule 12A and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1972.

 

Agreed:  that

 

1.    following evaluation of the pre-qualification questionnaires submitted, the shortlisted bidders identified in Appendix A be approved

 

2.    the scope of Lot A1 (Statutory Obligations) be amended to incorporate legionella testing services, noting the published OJEU notice adequately set this requirement out and is further detailed in the body of the report;

 

3.    the draft invitation to tender documentation attached to the report (including the evaluation criteria, draft framework agreement and schedules) be approved on the understanding that the Project Team may make minor amendments to the draft Invitation to Tender provided that the substance of the same does not materially alter, and

 

4.    the Invitation to Tender be issued to shortlisted bidders

Reasons for the decision:

To continue the process to enable the Council to appoint contractors to the proposed Framework Agreement for the maintenance of the Council's non domestic building estate for a proposed period of 3 years from 1 April 2019, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
