AGREED: that
1. Tenders be invited from suppliers within the Crown Commercial Service Framework RM1045 (lot 6) contract for mobile voice and data services at an estimated value of £1,350,000 for a period of 3 years, and,
2. the proposed tender evaluation criteria of 60% cost and 40% quality applies.
To enable the Council to appoint a contractor to provide continued mobile voice and data services as the current contract with the incumbent provider has ended. The Council places a high level of dependency of mobile communications and mobile data access and ensuring a suitable provider that is both fit for current purpose and demonstrates best value for money for the organisation needs to be identified.
