Agreed: that

 

1) the commencement of a procurement process in the manner set out in the body of the report by signing form 4.C.375, Pre Tender Report, Appendix A be approved

 

2)the use of the evaluation criteria and weightings as set out in the body of the report be approved

 

Reasons for the decision:

The recommendation is proposed in order that a successful outcome is achieved from the tendering process and that the Council secures a financially sound, good quality and efficient Household Buildings Insurance and claims handling.
