The Monitoring Officer and the Chair of the Children and Young People Scrutiny have agreed the decision should be taken on an urgent basis, and is therefore not subject to call-in.
AGREED that the Instrument of Government, as attached to the report, is made according to The Federation of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2014.
Legislation requires that the Local Authority produces an Instrument of Government for a federated governing body before the federation date.
An Instrument of Government is therefore required for the federated governing body of the Pear Tree Federation, which will come into operation on the 27th March 2018.
