Families First Recommissioning

Agreed:  that

1.     the proposed procurement route for the Families First services as detailed in the body of the report be authorised

2.     the proposed procurement documentation (including specifications, evaluation criteria and weightings and the draft invitation to tender documentation attached to Appendix 1 of the report) be approved

3.     the commencement of the procurement and issue of the OJEU notice be authorised

1.   To commence the procurement process and secure contractual arrangements for Families First contracts.

2.   To ensure sufficient timescale for contracts to be in place by 1^st April 2018.
