Decision details

Agreed: that approval be given to

1.       the proposed procurement process  to procure  the Flying Start Childcare Services,  as set out in the body of the report;

2.       the issue of the OJEU notice to commence the procurement;

3.       The proposed overarching evaluation criteria as detailed in the body of the report.

4.        the draft tender documentation (attached to Appendix 1), namely the ITT, Service Specification and form of contract; and

5.       The insertion of the additional setting into the proposed procurement.

To obtain the necessary approval of the Director of Education & Lifelong Learning, as set out above, in order to commence the procurement process and secure contractual arrangements for the Flying Start Childcare Services.
