AGREED: that

1.  those organisations identified in Appendix A to the report as being shortlisted and eligible be taken forward to the next stage of the procurement process be invited to tender.

1.   the invitation to tender documentation, including the evaluation criteria, draft framework agreement and schedules (example attached as Appendix B) be approved and issued to those organisations identified in Appendix A.

To continue the process to enable the Council to appoint contractor(s) to a framework to deliver building maintenance services to its domestic property portfolio over 4 years from January 2018.
